A ducted system sends cool or warm air to several rooms from one unit, so there is no need for a split system in every room.

The air comes through vents in the ceiling, so your walls stay clear.

Every house is built differently, so I look at yours before I say what will work.

Ducted suits some houses and not others. For one or two rooms a split system is often the better call, and I will say so.
